My name is Segun Lawrence Ayeleru, but you probably know me as BDGX (Bigdoingx)—a Nigerian music producer, songwriter, and singer with a deep passion for crafting unique sounds. Born on September 6, 1999, in Ibadan, Nigeria. A proud native of Ibadan, Nigeria, I’ve always drawn inspiration from the rich culture and vibrant music scene that surrounds me. I’m also the founder of Doingx Records, a record label dedicated to nurturing talent and pushing the boundaries of modern music. I am an orphan—having lost both my mother, Mojisola Lapite, and my father, Ameed Ayeleru—but their memory and strength continue to inspire me every day. I’ve built myself from the ground up, learning, growing, and achieving my dreams through hard work, perseverance, and a deep love for music. From an early age, I was drawn to the power of music. What started as a passion for songwriting quickly grew into full-scale production and performance.
